Price Rise

Dear Valued Customer, All of our team here at Lumorail continue to work in close conjunction with all our suppliers to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers. The last year has seen a combination of escalating Stainless Steel and Aluminium prices, which have resulted in substantial increases to the costs of the raw materials and finished goods that we both purchase and manufacture ourselves. And as you are no doubt aware, the global shortage of electronic components including LED chips, and microprocessors, has also had a huge impact on the pricing of manufactured LED lighting products. Along with these increased material costs, the global logistic costs involved with transporting our raw materials and finished goods into Australia have increased to levels which have never been seen before and these increases show no signs of relenting. Costs have continued to rise throughout the year and although we have up until now absorbed the majority of these increases, we have been left with little alternative other than to increase our prices. Lumorail announces that effective 13 September 2021 the following price increases will come into effect: · Handrail and lighting packages will increase by 12% · Individually purchased component will increase by 14% · Powder coating costs will increase by 3% Lumorail will honour the price of any orders placed prior to the 1st of September, however, we will not be able to hold pricing past that date.
